Our client lives in a large and historic property which had no wired networking and sub-standard Wifi coverage. We were tasked with creating a LAN to increase Wifi coverage and to allow various devices to connect to the internet, including all devices in the office building located on site.
With just a BT Hub for Wifi, our client had tried to increase coverage by using home plugs and wireless repeaters which proved ineffective. We created a new network infrastructure and from there were able to install a new Wifi system using access points around the house, thus creating a web of excellent coverage.
In addition, we installed network points into several rooms and offices which allowed for the connection of smart TV’s, games consoles and desktop computers to the internet.
